At Compass Coaching & Development, LLC, our sole purpose
is to increase the profitability of our clients by providing
innovative and engaging training sessions. Compass C&D was
founded around the concepts of follow-up, accountability,
feedback and dedicated service. We don't simply want to
provide you with training, we want to partner with you on
your path towards High Performance. Our ultimate goal is to
ensure your employees continue to grow and develop long
after graduating from our program.

CONCEPTS:
Spaced Repetition Learning Model
Instead
of being bombarded with information for 2-3 days only to
forget most of what is learned within the first few weeks,
participants engage in a module based program that is spaced
out over a period of months, or even years. This
approach allows participants to comprehend the information
learned, go back and apply it at work, and then come back
for reinforcement and additional education. The
outcome is a much higher level of retention, and continuous
on-going improvement that will result in permanent positive
change.

Accountability
No amount of training is effective without proper
follow-up and accountability. We understand that, and
really take a vested interest in seeing your employees
become great! By following these carefully planned
steps, it ensures your employees get the very most out of
our program:
- Prior to beginning the program, each participant
will fill out a detailed
Self Evaluation so they can identify
which areas are their strengths, and which areas need
improvement. Letting the employees evaluate
themselves will increase their awareness and make them
work harder to achieve the results they desire.
- After each session, participants will fill out an
Action Plan
that allows them to identify the most important aspects
they learned that day. As management, you are
provided an Action Plan
Contract to fill out with your employees.
Use this contract to fully understand the development
areas they are focusing on, and to set goals with your
employees.
- Each participant will have a
Monthly Follow-up with their
Compass C&D facilitator. This is a time for the
participant to ask questions and get implementation
suggestions related to their specific situation.
- Participants will be teamed up with an
Accountability Partner
for the duration of the program. This gives
each employee an additional sounding board for ideas,
and another person to help encourage development.
- Your Compass C&D facilitator will schedule a
Quarterly Review
with you to provide feedback on how each employee has
been progressing throughout the program, and to give
specific thoughts on how to continue to develop your
employees at work.
