Workshops

Efficient. Effective. Workshops are 3.5 hours in length, so your employees are back in the office the same day. Our workshops are equally spaced over a number of months, allowing for maximum development and controlled application of the topics.

Excellent Information. The workshops focus on the most critical aspects of  development for your organization. 

Extraordinary Results.  Our style allows each person to relate material directly to their situation and your company.  This  motivates participants to apply their new ideas, and with specific action plans in mind to do so.

Accountability

Get it Started, Right Away.  All parties involved will consent to an Accountability Agreement before the very first workshop, so everyone knows what will be expected to make the program successful.

Management Plays a Key Role.  Processes are in place to make sure that the direct manager of each participant stays very involved with the program.  Changes are more likely to be implemented when management is being communicated with and involved in the program from start to finish.

Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork! The monthly Accountability Conference Call  allows participants a time to re-group and share ideas with each other and discuss how they plan to act on new strategies.

Implementation

Call to Action. Participants will fill out a MAP (Measurable Action Plan) at the end of every workshop.  When they return to work that very afternoon, they can immediately begin applying what they determined to be the most important aspects of the workshop.

We Use Our Expertise.  Your employees will have a  1-on-1 meeting with their personal program facilitator once a month. This meeting will provide your employees the assistance they need to implement their new ideas - resulting in immediate, effective growth for the individual and the company.

Our Process Makes it Easy!  Since the workshops are only 3.5 hours and cover one main theme each session, your employees will  know exactly what needs to be done, and they are right back to work to make it happen!

Continuous Results

Build a Strong Foundation.  Our programs concentrate on first developing the areas that will ultimately contribute to long-term growth.  A strong foundation needs to be set in place to allow your employees to develop themselves and the company in the right way. 

Connect the Dots.  The topics all closely relate to and build off of each other. This allows your employees to keep developing each skill long after each specific workshop has been completed.
