The Compass Program

Our signature program is designed to provide employees the means to continue to grow and develop, with a moderately low financial and time commitment from you. Employees will participate in a 12 session, open-forum style training program that incorporates a number of topics that are vital to the success of any organization. Not only is it a great way to learn, it is a great way to network since they will be in a program with employees from other companies in the area. The Compass Program is designed to be used as a proactive development tool. Aside from the success each person will experience, enrolling your employees in The Compass Program will result in:

Creating a pool of readily available and adequate replacements for individuals who may leave or move up in your organization.
Enhancing your ability to broaden each employee's role with the company, which will further empower employees and increase job satisfaction/dedication.

The Compass Program sessions are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The sessions begin promptly at 8:30am and last until 12:00pm (please come early to enjoy complimentary breakfast and great networking from 8:00am-8:30am).
